At Jean Riley, we prioritise customer satisfaction and environmental responsibility. All orders are carefully shipped and tracked using Australia Post & DHL international, and we are committed to reducing our brand's carbon footprint by utilising carbon-neutral delivery services.

 

For ready-to-ship items, the estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • 24- 48 hrs for order dispatch
  • 1-2 business days for express postage within Australia
  • 3-7 business days for standard postage within Australia
  • 10-21 business days for international orders outside Australia

Made-to-order pieces are shipped within 7-14 business days 

Order Tracking:

Rest assured, you will receive comprehensive tracking information for your exquisite pieces, enabling you to monitor their journey to your doorstep. If you have any questions or concerns during the process, don't hesitate to contact us, and our dedicated team will assist you promptly.

Exchanges & Refunds:

If, unfortunately, you receive a faulty item, reach out to us via email within 7 days of receiving the order, and we'll be more than happy to assist you with the issue.

In case you experience a change of heart, we accept returns of full priced items (does not extend to sale ) & only unused pieces. Must be within 14 days, accompanied by the sale confirmation email, for store credit or a refund. However, kindly note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for earrings to ensure the safety and hygiene of our future customers. This policy also applies to pieces that have not been properly cared for in accordance with our guidelines.

Custom Designs & Solid Gold Policy:

For our solid gold and custom-designed pieces, we offer repair services for faulty items. If you encounter any issues, please email us at hello@itsjeanriley.com within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will address the matter promptly. If the item is found to be faulty within 7 days, we will arrange a refund or replacement. However, please understand that returns for change of mind are not available for these unique handcrafted pieces, but they are highly appreciated as thoughtful gifts.

After-pay & Payment arrangement Returns/Refunds:

Our returns policy applies to AfterPay purchases as well. If you wish to return your order, follow the usual return process, and you will receive a credit note. Your AfterPay agreement will remain valid, and you'll continue with your scheduled repayments. For more information on terms and conditions, please visit Afterpay's website.

Quality Guarantee:

At Jean Riley, we are committed to designing quality jewellery at reasonable prices. We believe in the excellence of our pieces so much that we offer an 8-month warranty period. Within this time frame, we will repair the item at no cost (excluding postage) if any issues arise. Please include a prepaid post satchel addressed to yourself and your best address when returning the item for repair.

It's important to note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or lack of proper care (e.g., chipped, snapped, bent out of shape, or continuously worn in saltwater). Additionally, the warranty does not extend beyond the specified return period.
