Shipping
Each piece is handcrafted in our Australian studio. All orders are dispatched from our HQ located in Meanjin country (Australia)
1-2 business days for order prep.
1-3 business days for Express delivery (AUS WIDE)
4-7 business days for standard postage(AUS WIDE)
10-21 business days for our friends abroad! (Outside of Australia)
Friends within Australia receive complimentary shipping on all orders $100 aud & over.
Friends abroad - Spend $250 Aud to receive complimentary tracked international shipping.
Materials
All our beautiful pieces are crafted on a 925 sterling silver base, 18k gold vermeil & 24k gold vermeil plating.
Your creations are locally made right here in Australia, each piece is uniquely hand-made between myself & my small team of skilled Aussie artists.
Return Policy
We'll accept unused pieces within 14 days for store credit or refund when accompanied by the sale confirmation email. If you've worn or altered the piece, we can't do this but love that you're expressing your individuality! We also can't accept exchanges or returns on any of our earrings so as to protect the precious ears of our future customers. This also applies to pieces that haven't been taken care of according to our guide.
